Question: The Framingham Public School Calendar states that school is closed November 4 for Professional Development. Since Brophy has PD every Thursday are we still closed that day?
Margaret's reply is below:
The November 4th professional development is intended to afford all teachers the opportunity to meet together regarding the Lucy Calkin's Writing program. In addition, it is the national election and the district has scheduled PD on that day so that students are not in the buildings when the community comes to vote.
